Rules Pekelinge 1.5
Because of the corona virus there are extra rules and regulations for staff and guests at De Pekelinge. The company is following the rules laid down by the Dutch government and the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM). We are also taking some additional measures to tackle the virus for everybody’s safety. If you respect these rules, you are very welcome at De Pekelinge.
Campsite accommodation and pitches
- Stay in or close to your rental accommodation or your pitch on the campsite
- Stay only with members of your own family
- Do not mix with other guests (for instance, no joint barbecues)
- Always keep a distance of at least 1.5 metres from other guests and staff
- Visitors are allowed up to 3 persons. Staying overnight is not allowed
Rental accommodation can only be booked for members of the same household. If necessary, other guests can be rebooked to alternative accommodation. If this is no longer an option, the booking will be cancelled.
Symptoms of a cold (nose catarrh, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, cough or fever)
Unfortunately we cannot allow guests who have symptoms of a cold. If you or a member of your family has cold symptoms, we must ask you to stay at home. If one of your party develops symptoms during the holiday, you must inform us and return home.
- If you have booked a rental accommodation, only visit reception to pick up the key
- Wherever possible, ask any other questions by phone or app
- Only 1 member of the family is allowed in the reception building
- Payment by card only
- Bookings can only be made online, by email or telephone
- No packages should be sent to the campsite
Do your shopping on your own, only one person per family. You must use a shopping trolley. Keep a distance of one shopping trolley from other people in the shop. Pay for your shopping by card and contactless (not cash).
Deliveries only. Order and pay using the delivery app or by phone (+31 118-700275).
Sport and animation
A modified sports programme is available for children aged 6-12. No sport programmes are allowed for young people older than 13 or for adults.
A modified programme is available for children aged 6-12. Adults and young people over 13 are not allowed in the Kidsclub area.
Limited facilities for children aged 6-12.
Open for all children. Young people from 13 years and older and adults must maintain a distance of at least 1.5 metres. If it gets too busy, please find an alternative location for your child/children to play.

Swimming pool is open for childres aged 6-12.

Control and enforcement of these rules.
Staff on the campsite will check that everyone complies with these rules. If we consider that this is not the case, we will address this with the people concerned and issue a warning. If this warning is ignored, we will require the people concerned to leave the campsite.
